Eric Debenham

Involved with building construction since leaving school. OND in Building and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Building studying for membership. HND in Civil Engineering with gap year working for Breheny - setting out all of Colchester Hospital and Bovis Civil Engineering taking the A604 Spaldwick bypass from greenfield to near completion before going on to work for Haymills Contractors in Stowmarket involved with large housing developments. Worked up from site engineer to contract manager. Moved to Biwater involved with large civil engineering projects for Anglian Water, again setting out, project planning, project cost monitoring and reporting to regional MD and then managing my own sites.

Since then I have completed several projects of my own from renovations to new build and am well known in our sector.

I have a passion for new build developments with a keen interest in timber frame and modern methods of construction.
